fish, baked or grilled

I came to know fro latest research that baked fish is best for cutting calories out of food . Fish itself is a best healthy food and also tasty white meat. If wash fish properly with water and before washing rub few drops of vinegar on fish skin and leave for 5 minutes then wash thoroughly with cold water, the vinegar makes fish free from fishy smell.
Some people like to grill the fish. For grilling use small amount of olive oil as olive oil is also very good for health.
Fish with fresh green salad is a nice tasty and healthy meal with omega 3 .
